Works great, but not as sleek as the newer models. I chose this one because it worked with my current chime and did not need a battery. Love ring -- we have 6 of them!

She loves it. It lets her keep track of what or who’s going by her door and lets her see who’s on her porch or coming to visit.

The pro side is I no longer struggle, research, etc. I just call Ring 24/7 and get all the help I need. As for the doorbell 2 it gives me a good feeling of safety. I no longer have to speak to strangers, shouting through the closed window. I can stay safely in my home and tell them I'm not interested. Once you install it you will be pleased.

That made it hard to hear visitors in certain areas. Now I can know when someone is at the door. It’s also nice to see what happens while I’m away.
