    The world is getting crazier by the day. Whether you're away or around it's worth investing in the ring. Seeing it already gives anyone with bad intentions a reason not to come around your property. The technology that went into this is worth investing in whether if you live alone or have a family

    Originally set it up behind a glass screen door. Found out motion detection does not work through glass. Once we mounted it on the wall next to the door it worked like a charm.

    Looks nice on the front door and gives up better quality video from the earlier one we that we had, The only problem is that we can't adjust it to only pick up people. It keeps on alerting on moving vehicles regardless of how we set up the monitoring zones.

    Love my RING doorbell... an accessory greatly appreciate for this "ole gal". I also have the video floodlight and video camera, both mounted in my carport. The RING proved that I did not receive a FED EX delivery on a date stated in the past... refund fully given by the original vendor. It is a great peace of mind piece to have. Highly recommend.

    I have installed this as part of a set of cameras at a college rental house I own. I have a family member living in the house so I keep an eye on the exterior. There are a few things I don't like about the Ring interface compared to Blink which I have at my house, but they serve the purpose.
