What I notice is that it has dropped service a few times so I can't view video. RSSI is at 35 to 40 and internet signal is strong. I should have went with the 3 or 4 Ring but wanted to check this device out, my Eufy never had any issues! Maybe 5GHz connection is stronger but only 2GHz on this. Will wait for a sale and maybe upgrade later. I do like it and will be running the wire connection soon so it will keep the battery fully charged. Got this at a really good price on sale.

It may be an intermittent interruption in the wifi signal your Doorbell is receiving, which could be due to another device causing interference. Despite not having great wi-fi, it still works great from the first floor to the 2nd.

In order to avoid numerous false alerts, I had to adjust the field of vision and sensitivity numerous times. I should have adjusted the camera angle better when I installed it initially.
