Great product but order took a while to receive!!

Seemed like a month after I ordered that I FINALLY got an email that it was ready for pickup., Meanwhile the meter said it was waiting to be packaged. The next day I came in thinking it would surely be ready for pickup but then was informed the meter got stuck on my account because it hadnt moved to the next step of preparing my order and also that they did not have the ring alarm in stock and would have to wait until next shipment &their delivery. I work in retail and we get a delivery every week but I just waited and waited because i dont know the details of bestbuy deliveries...Will think twice with my next online purchase for pickup

We had this same camera we purchased a year & 3 months ago & then it quit recording. Ring tried everything to get it working again & no dice. They did offer me 35% off from the ring store, but Best Buy's price was better then the 35% off & I could pick it up same day. I did buy the extended warranty this time so I know nothing will go wrong now LOL.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.good quality of camera and cool alerts at your phone, but after the 30 days free trial you have to pay a monthly subscription to see your videos cuz is almost impossible you be that fast to reach your phone and see what is happening. without this subscription this item is pretty much usseles and I'm 100% sure I'm not the only persons that feels a little bit scammed buying this. they should offer at least 24 hrs of recording for free suscribirs

A courteous man named David brought my order out to me and had a wonderful sense of humor. He even laughed at my jokes and dropped one of the boxes by mistake. We just laughed and I trusted the fact that the item wasn't broken although he worried a little. All and all, I drove away with a smile. David is a very nice young man.
