We now feel safe not having to open the door to strangers. We get an alert every time anyone is within range so that we can see from anywhere conveniently using our cellphone or even view on our Alexa show! We enjoy the talk feature and even send a quick video message to family members at work to say hello or as a reminder of daily events, (don’t forget to pick up milk on the way home from work). It’s been very helpful and gives peace of mind.

No more having to sit through long stretches of nighttime video to verify prowlers. The ring products allow you to know when people visit, but also answer remotely when they push the doorbell. Added bonus: I've verified that deliveries were NOT made when the delivery services said they were. The neighborhood watch feature allows us to see where others have reported intrusions and crimes. The only reason I did not give this unit a 5 star review is that this purchase is a replacement for an older unit that died after two years.
