The Ring Video Doorbell is a game-changer for home security and peace of mind! Setup was quick, and now I can see, hear, and talk to visitors right from my phone. The video is clear, even at night, and the motion alerts are super helpful. I love knowing who’s at the door whether I’m home or away. The satin nickel finish looks sleek and modern on my front door. Overall, it’s a smart, stylish, and reliable way to stay connected to home!

Overall it is a quality product for the price. It would be better if you are able to hardwire the camera to an existing doorbell power supply, then you don't have to worry about recharging the battery. It is simple to install. And is simple to recharge.

Overall a good device, however the Ring software needs some improvements. Sometimes it misses motion captures, or can't load them and other times the picture is blurry or there is no sound for the first several seconds. Maybe it is an Android only issue. You will likely need to adjust the motion settings, otherwise it turns on with the slightest movement...even headlights from a car driving by at night will make it turn on. Mine is running on battery, which is good so far. I've only had to charge it once in about 2 months. A direct hookup to a doorbell is a better option, but this device is too large to fit where my current doorbell is located. So take measurements to make sure it will fit where you want it to. Overall good and affordable if you want a basic video doorbell.

I love the color, cause it could blend in if you want it to look more discreet. Easy to install, I have installed it myself. I don't like that it doesn't come with a drill bit any more. But I think once you buy it, it comes in handy.

Shady individuals sneaking through neighbors back yards prompted this purchase. Couldn’t be happier with it. Easy setup and installation. Great quality and a fun scare when I’m at work and the wife takes out the dogs.

Very easy installation (for someone who is really bad at this stuff). The camera works perfectly. I feel much more secure while away from home because I can check in and see what’s going on. Would definitely recommend.

I actually like this thing more than I anticipated. We bought it after we had 2 back to back incidents as well as our neighbors.The doorbell does require a monthly subscription ($3 a month) and does not require to be hard wired in.The battery lasts for a while depending on uses.Besides the obvious perks of being able to keep a recording eye on on my house near or far I also like that when friends stop by while I'm out they can literally leave me a message to watch later or I have the option to talk to them live through the doorbell.

Love my ring. Even my boyfriend is considering switching to ring. Good quality happy I finally got my cameras.

Got this doorbell so I could see who and what was happening with my front door. It was very easy to set up. Once I had it charged up (battery back up) and had it hardwired to an existing doorbell was up and running. Now I needed to update my transformer to have it properly powered (needed 16-24 v with 30-40va unit). We are happy with the performance of our unit.

The ring bell was great as long as it was during free trial. I chose not to pay $3 a month due to amount of time someone actually comes to my door that isn't ME. I live on a fixed income and even at $3 it doesn't seem like an expense worth paying. I installed it myself, to existing doorbell and it never needs a charge. Installation was easy. However when a package is delivered within a foot of the bell it doesn't alert me until the delivery person is back in their vehicle. Most don't ring the bell. I can understand not saving video's but they still record and I have to delete at the end of the day the 5 times my dog wanted to go out and back in (I have to go out with her because she's small. If I can't view them why is it recorded, would be a pain to shut it off everytime the dog has to pee.

Excellent project. Easy to install. Just 2 wires from your doorbell. Set up was quick, and synced to the chime. Nice addition for additional home security

I am not a techie, but was able to download the software for the doorbell easily once I figured out how to scan the QR code. It was also very straightforward to install on my door. I can easily view video from my phone or PC. I tested the audio with my sister and it seems to work fine.

Purchased my first Ring Doorbell during the Holiday sale and liked it so much I purchased a second. The picture quality is excellent and once zones are set up, the notifications work great even before a person rings the doorbell. If you have a lot of activity in your home, setting up notifications for time is a huge help. Take some time to review all of its features and setup options. It’s also best with the Ring subscription. If you do not have it, the video will jot be saved so someone walking in front of your door 5 minutes will be gone forever. I’m definitely in the Ring ecosystem now!! Even my wife who doesn’t bother too much with Technology loves it and supported me buying more which is always nice!!

I had one of the first Ring Doorbells that came out, and this one is much improved over the originals. It has a rechargeable internal battery, and the video quality is much better than the original. The app isn’t as great as advertising makes it out to be. The app doesn’t auto open immediately like they show in commercials, but overall I recommend it.

Absolutely obsessed with my ring doorbell!! Living in an apartment building there’s a lot of foot traffic, it’s nice to know what’s going okay outside my door!! Great camera quality and extremely phenomenal batter life!!

So far so good! I live in an apartment, so I bought a No-Drill Mount off Amazon (Since Best Buy didn't sell them, for some reason??) and got it nice and secured. Works great, solid picture, and synced up to our Amazon Echo Show easily. If I had more egress points, I'd buy more!

This is my second ring doorbell that I’m using for my back door and there was no hardwiring in place but it went onto the wall well and works perfectly. It’s been several weeks and I have not had to recharge the battery (although I imagine this depends on how busy the camera is). Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Do you think I don’t like is that he’s got a pay for the subscription in order to keep the videos and it is quite expensive but I suppose worthwhile for peace of mind.
