I've never had a problem but wanted to keep up with the neighbors on this. The Ring works a little too well; every time a car passes my house it sends a notification. I also don't subscribe to the storage membership which was pricey for the monthly fees. However, it does work well, almost too well!

He does not get around good and the ring makes it so easy to communicate with him. Also, we can see him, ( in certain rooms), in case he falls. He lives about 25 minutes away, and the ring made life for us so easy when his phone would lose battery and we didn’t get an answer for a long time, we could hear , see and talk to him within seconds!
