Battery life is pretty solid. Video quality is solid and build quality is good.

It sometimes has slow response, but it sure catches a lot of activity. the doorbell ring is delayed, but I like that it recharges the battery. Installation was easy. I like the neighbor feature so you can read reports of what's going on around you. I definitely recommend it.

It took a while to drill in on my outside stucco/cement but I am impressed with the look/appearance as well as the battery life. The app is great and overall we are happy with the features and video quality.

Very nice quality device and sturdy when mounted. No problems so far. Easy to use. Recognizes when there is motion and the button on the device can be pushed and will ring on your phone if someone pushes it .

I love this doorbell camera. My dogs have even figured out the tone on my phone, and know when something is at the door. Great clarity.

Works great! It was easy install and its been only a month we had it but its given us so much peace of mind. It does have a slight delay in sending notifications sometimes but nothing major. video quality is much better than audio

This works well with some of the alerts have lag time from the time you get motion detected to the time you receive the alert on the phone. I assume this is because it detects sends info to wifi and then to server then to cell phone. It does work and the video is ok but wish it was faster at motions. It is battery op so you need to recharge it every few weeks or month with the included USB cord. The doorbell feature works great. The service through Ring is $30 for the year and $100 for all if you have more than one Ring device. The use is free and the only reason to pay premium is to view stored videos and share pretty much. I would recommend but not the greatest device I have had before. It also comes with everythingh to install and is easy setup and installs in minutes.

Works well as most of the ring products do. This is a little bulky however. If I had to do it over I would buy a smaller one like the newer models. Works well and the video quality is good.

Love this ring doorbell. My doorbell quit working, so I bought this and it's fantastic! To be able to see who's at your dorr and to know when something has been delivered is cool. Video resolution is excellent. Very easy to install.

We love this Ring Video Doorbell! The video is very clear, and the two-way audio works great as well. The doorbell was super easy to set up using the provided instructions. The package even included a screwdriver and mini level.

Got this as a gift for an elderly friend. It was easy to set up and they have easy access to it. Good video quality.
