    Honestly I guess I expected more from a Ring product given its reputation… after looking at every ring doorbell I think that make I decided to go ahead and run the wires to hardwire one in and not have to remove the entire doorbell then locate the charge cable and the special tool needed to remove it. The constant power supply will work best for me. I decided to upgrade to the pro bot the pro 2 because of reading the reviews. But I do plan on choosing a Ring product. Good luck
