The quality of the camera is awesome. Setting up was a breeze and compared to my Vivint doorbell, this Ring has a better alert and picks up human movement everytime.

Love how it works, has all my main points cover and the best part is that it has motion alerts so I can always see what’s happening in front of my house. I would definitely recommend this to anyone it’s a most have and can I tell you about the most cutest/funniest door messages it has for you to choose , at the moment I have one of the grinch because of chrismas it always makes my visitors smile.

I am pleased with the installment of the ring video doorbell and the device.........however, i was told to get a ring backup power since i thought it would be wifi. When the installer arrived, he said it could be wired since we already had our original doorbell and told me I could return the ring backup power. I was at the store and paid for the device, installment and the backup power. A few days later i went back and changed the color of the device and they had to refund the whole thing and recharge me for the same items. Now I have no need for the backup, can I return this item.
