If your Video Doorbell is frequently disconnecting from the wifi, I'd recommend verifying the strength of the wifi signal. You can do this by checking the RSSI on the Device Health page as outlined here https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Understanding-RSSI-and-Wifi-Signal-Strength. Only issue is original doorbell in the house now only ding's, no more dong. I did select analog chime as description when configuring. Oh well
