Great value and optimum video. Easy to install. Did experience issue with customer service downloading app.

Honestly surprised how well this works for the price. It’s a little addicting getting notifications on your phone want to see what’s happening on the camera. Keep in mind after the first month you do have to pay $3 per month to use their cloud service to record and store what happens. Without this $3 per month the camera is useless. Still love it and I have no problem paying the $3/month.

Very easy to install, clear pictures/video. Im still learning how to use it. Depending on activity battery will need charged frequently. I would recommend purchasing an extra battery.

It’s great for when I’m not home or just can’t get to the door fast enough due to my health issues. The only issues I have is that the doorbell freezes constantly!! When it freezes, i miss when people walk up or it shows a second or two of the person and then freezes as a blur! Then other times I get an alert for the front door but when I view it, It doesn’t show anything or anyone there. The app is just as bad so at this point, I’m not sure if its the doorbell itself, the app or both. I surely hope there is an updated version that gives better alerts than this one.

Works well, battery holds up for a while. There’s no cables or drilling that has to be done.

I love love love my doorbell camera, it's wireless and rechargeable for residents who can't have it wired. Also it stays charged for weeks to months depending on your preferred settings.

Purcased this as a gift. They loved it. Images are very clear. Battery life is better than older device's.

I have 2 of these doorbells and they are amazing. The picture quality, sound and overall quality is great. It is easy to navigate the app and review footage. I have recommended this product many times and would continue to do so.

Works great and picture/videos are great. After your trial period of being able to save videos you have to pay for a subscription. It is relatively cheap but still kind of crazy how everything has a subscription these days. The app is decent but a tad bit difficult to me.
