I love my Ring! I have it set up on a no drill mount outside of my apartment. It feels much safer being able to see what’s happening outside of my building whenever motion is detected outside of my door.

Doorbell works as expected. Easy set up in app. No problems. Used a third party to install on door frame.

Still loving this, I have one for front & back door. Occasionally there are connectivity issues but that's more related to my internet than this device. I have had to call ring support once to get it working again and they were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. They also gave me a code for a free chime pro to help with my connectivity issues. I highly recommend Ring.

Needed to replace the old Ring with a new one. This is the best item a person could ever purchase to help to protect their belonging and safety. The sales price was easy on the wallet, too. Don't live without this great item!!

DIY install was super easy, as is the functionality. I researched the best value security system and landed on ring, which has not disappointed. Highly recommend. I bought this for my grandmother but will be converting my own house to ring as well.

These doorbell cameras are wonderful! We are able to see when the mail arrives, when packages are delivered, and when food is delivered. It's very handy to be able to speak to the person outside from the safety of our home before we open the door. We have two front doors, so the two doorbells allow us to see our entire yard, and both sides of our vehicle. We are very happy with this product.

This is our first doorbell camera and it has been great, we have 2-way communication capabilities, multiple different ring types and the picture/audio quality is usually very good. Now i do have to say that the overall record quality is ok but not the best for this model, when watching recorded video the buffer lags out the first second so it can look fuzzy or jumpy but then it clears up. We have yet to figure out how to make it start recording early as it usually starts when whatever set it off is already halfway through the zones we've set up. While the recordings look good overall i have noticed that if you pause the recording to zoom in on say a license plate or face the quality of the image is significantly of lesser qualty al.ost to where you cannot make out the plate number or face. Also not happy that you have to biy the camera and pay for a subscription service to record and save videos.

The color is what sold me but excellent quality in doorbell and give some sort of security

Took time to get connected and linked to my phone. Great quality camera. Have it linked to my echo show and wireless cameras. Nice security.
