It was a hassle getting it set up because it was a returned product and registered to a previous person. However, after contacting ring direct and Best Buy’s support team we were able to resolve this issue. Since using the ring device I haven’t had any issues. It works well and it’s a comfort to have.

I love that I can see outside my home at anytime via the app. We were also able to hook up to my existing doorbell and use the existing chime inside. I originally bought the Ring chime but returned since I didn’t need it.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If I would have know a little better, I would have purchased the wired Ring due to the fact that I literally hate having to take it off my door, then charge it for most of the day (where if I’m not home, I won’t have security and won’t know what’s going on around my home), then when I put it back on the door, EVERY SINGLE TIME, I get so nervous that someone’s watching me put it back up. Then I think that someone may come and steal my Ring. All they need is the same tool, which I’m guessing is universal. I do love the Ring!
