Love my ring doorbell . The picture it capture is very clear and the sound is excellent. I also bought two outdoor cameras and it all works on the ring app which makes it very convenient to use one app instead of using an app for every product you use

Only 4 stars because the one purchased from Best Buy was defective. However called RING manufacturer and they sent me a replacement because it was under 1 year warranty. Replacement works great ! No issues at all. Original one was definitely defective.

Like the product , it’s easy to install, easy to use , and I can move the camera from my phone.

Item works great and installation was a breeze. Installer hooked everything up with the chime and the app and made sure it worked perfectly before he left.

Easy to install and set up. Works pretty well, but we have discovered that the motion detection is not perfect. Some deliveries have arrived at our door with no notice or video in the history. Also, only one person can view the activity at a time. So, if you have multiple people on the account, only the first to respond will be able to see the activity at the door.

Perfect for what I need! I live on a very busy street so I love how I can set it to not pick up the traffic and only movement on my porch!

Bought this item to replace my 1st generation unit. The picture is amazing and several features have been added.

I love being able to check my front porch at any time. I can check my dogs' food bowls while I am away and have a friend come feed them if need be. I can see when packages are delivered. I have given these as housewarming presents to four people. They all love them.

Have these on all our properties, great for short term rentals or your own personal home!

Just outstanding! I put this Ring Video-Doorbell on my home in Florida. I love being able to monitor while I am in Virginia. Easy install in about 30 minutes. $30 a year to keep the videos i very reasonable. Just love this product.

It’s OK sometimes, but it only catches some of people walking. It don’t lead up to which is a very important part so it skips a lot.

What took me so long to get this system. It has really been a asset to my household. Even though I have a C chapter foyer, the camera gives me great coverage. I can check on whether my garage door is open or closed. Great asset for security.

Works amazing. Very clear during day and night as well. Highly recommended. Easily fixable.

I love that you just jump on whenever and wherever to see if anyone is at your door and to see when someone is there you can speak to them and communicate even if your not home.

i bought this doorbell after my ring pro died, it is just as good in my opinion especially if you wire it for power instead of just using the battery.

This is my first Ring product and it hasn’t disappointed. I get instant alerts, the doorbell functions as an actual doorbell, and it makes me feel safer.

This doorbell is great I have gotten it for my father for fathers day and he enjoys it. The only thing is that it doesn’t work with the wired doorbell we have so we had to get and Alexa home to work as a doorbell chime. Overall camera and doorbell are great

It works totally awesome, wherever I am I know what is going on in my screen room so if you enter, you always know someone is at your door. You can surprise him by asking who is it, very good security system in very inexpensive

I bought this product for my mom because she wanted it. Our neighbor hardwired it directly to our doorbell so it always receives power for us. The installation process and setting up an account was quick. For $100 I think it was well worth it to be able to see what is going on outside in front of our home.
