Must better picturee quality. Also no longer needed the capacitor luke older version did for powered doorbell. So no.more random door bell ringing.

The Geek squad associate who installed it gave us a great tutorial on it, downloaded the app on our phones and showed us how to navigate it. The app is very easy to use, the picture quality is great and the camera range is better than expected!

Got it home and yes I didn’t realize I needed a chime also but we installed, purchased the chime and everything works perfect. This is a great Buy you learn so much from the areas surrounding you including yours and the picture quality is phenomenal....

You can hook it up to your electricity or you can charge it, and it will let you know when the battery is low so you can recharge it. If you have any Alexa device you can hook it up to it and it will notify you that someone is at the door

Keep in mind you will have to purchase video recording if you wish to keep in 30 days.

It's the low end model maybe, but does what we need it to do. Caught me falling down the steps in the snow (husband called immediately to see if I was okay!), and caught the UPS guy falling up the steps yesterday!! Easy to fix it so the cats don't set it off, too. We like it!!
