No brainer gift for the inlaws!

Hardest part was finding a ladder to reach the old chime to install the bypass wire! Setup was a breeze, and now they can hear and respond throughout their house on any of their Echo's not to mention their phones.

More connectivity than google hello.

Once I did this the feature only works with google speakers….and no IFTTT support… So to use my echos and other smart speakers, a cheaper ring than the nest hello. It works well. No complaints. Ring and ifttt hit all my devices and speakers.

It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. Please note that the Ring Video Doorbell Wired will not sound your existing chime. To hear audio notifications in your home, pair with a Ring Chime, compatible Alexa device, or select the Ring Video Doorbell Wired and Chime bundle.

I really like it.

No batteries to worry about, no fuss, no muss. Signed up for the lower level plan which doesn't cost a lot and works for me. In short its great. FYI the biggest pain was hooking it up to Alexa.

This ring doorbell was very inexpensive and has a wide camera lens. I would recommend buying this one over the other options.

This is for my Senior Mom to help keep her safe now that she's a widow. I like that I have access to it so I can see what's happening. Black Friday deals are helpful too

I didn’t feel ace in my home and this is great quality and you get the 30 free trial in the app for recording. And because of this I was able to catch my ex coming to my house when he knew I wasn’t home !!! Go get yours !!

I wanted to hear my normal doorbell chime instead. The features were okay, not stunning.
