Today I ordered it. Came very fast to the house.I wanted wired so that I can keep all images on Apple Homekit for free. Easy set up.

I do wish the security design of the device did not make it somewhat frustrating to remove for charging . The tiny screws are not easy for seniors

The Ring Video Doorbell Wired requires existing doorbell wiring for its power supply, but it does not sound your existing doorbell chime. To hear audio alerts in your home, pair it with a Ring Chime or compatible Alexa device (each sold separately). The Ring Video Doorbell Wired is designed to work with your home's wifi network and is compatible with b/g/n wifi networks operating on 2.4 GHz frequencies.Your Video Doorbell Wired is compatible with doorbell systems supplying 10–24 volts AC at 50 or 60 Hz and 20–40 VA max. The AC connector is a class 2 energy source.

Solid, not amazing.

Video quality is good in sunlight, may be a lil overblown if its not in the shade. Back and forth audio is a plus. Overall pretty solid for the price

It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. If you are experiencing poor video quality, such as overexposed video or washed out video, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Avoid glare from the sun: Washed-out videos might be due to overexposure to sunlight. You can adjust the angle of your camera or use a Ring Wedge Kit to angle your doorbell away from a wall or window.
Enable high dynamic range (HDR): If you would like greater detail in the brightly lit areas of photos and videos taken by your Ring device, you can use the high dynamic range (HDR) toggle in your Ring app (available on select Ring devices).
