I specifically asked if install could happen I was told yes.

Being able to integrate your Ring Video Doorbell with Alexa is an important feature to have working properly. Alexa's integration allows you to see a live feed, and interact with visitors via two-way talk on Alexa enabled Fire Tablets, Echo Show, and Echo Spot.
