I realized I bought the wrong kind (I dont need a wired one) but the button was cracked :/ I think that must have happened in shipping. So i did have to return it BUT I love my other Ring doorbell though and would highly recommend going with this brand of camera, the neighbor feature is really helpful and they make me feel safe!!

I have the old Ring doorbell version one and the camera had been getting worse and worse, so i bought this thing and let me tell you the camera is amazing. it doesn't have a battery, but I have a hardwire where my original doorbell was. works great

This ring doorbell camera is the best, i am soo glad i got it. The picture quality is outstanding. Love that ypu can see everyone that comes in my yard. I totally love it.

I love it the videos are very clear i can see everything. And i can also talk thru it very clear.

This camera is so simple to install and it works great. You’ll need the ring chime since it won’t hook up to an existing chime. The box was opened but the product was fine.

Everyone should have a Ring on their doorbell. I love to be able to see who coming to the door. It was easy to install too. I got one for my daughter and her husband for Christmas and they love theirs too.

Works just like other models. The only difference I notice is their is no color night vision.

This provides a great sense of security. The video and sound are great.
