Allows us to see who is at the door no matter where we are. We had the Geek Squad install it as well - Kyle Allen was the rep doing the work - tremendous job!

I am very happy I chose the pre-wired version. The video starts sooner because it is always on, the battery powered version has a slight delay.

During the day it works as advertised however at night not-so-much. Now that they cut-off some of the functionality I no longer have access to make some changes that would be helpful.

AND WONDER HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN SITTING HERE. FAST AND VERY EASY SET UP. TOOK LONGER TO SET THE APP UP AND GO THRU THAN TO CHANGE FROM OLD DOORBELL.

With its wide angle view, the Ring still captures people as they approach the door. I can't aske for more than that.

I can hear the rings and am able to change the tones. I get great notifications on my phone when someone is at my door. I can answer without being there. No issues whatsover.
