I love it. We had a super annoying vivint system in the home we bought. I don't need smart everything but I do like the idea of a front door camera - so bought this and had a friend install. You can change the doorbell tone. Easy to use. Good value at $5/mo for the ring subscription.

Wow, this was the best investment i could have ever made. It was simple to install, has great features, clear video, visual strength on the camera is awesome, the chime I so do love also,the tones are perfect,easy to listen to without causing panic or fear. Very pleased with this product, volume is great for the distance.

I wasn't sure about getting the ring doorbell at first! But now after having it for a few weeks it unbelievable. I love knowing l can see who's at my front door and talk to them. The setup is easy and you can also find YouTube videos that will walk you through the setup. I truely recommend the ring doorbell. The sound is good the video catches everything day and night. Awesome video doorbell.

Great product! Decided to purchase this replacing my failing nest hello, although the picture quality isn’t as good at this price point I’m very impressed! Integrates nicely with the ring alarm electric chime is a nice bonus overall allot of bang for your buck if you don’t feel like spending 200 plus on a doorbell camera. You can’t beat the quality of this doorbell at this price point an absolute must buy!

So I actually had a different smart door bell that this Ring doorbell replaced and let me tell you, far better in so many ways. The install was very easy. Design is very nice and the chime works great. The app sometimes is a bit delayed, however a lot of that is more likely from my network connection depending on where I am at in the world.

I had to ask for help with installation, because I could not find which breaker turned off the doorbell transformer. We also had to add a bit of doorbell wire during installation, because we needed to put them out just a bit in order to create enough clearance next to the door. I'm a bit disappointed that you cannot choose differing chimes for which doorbell was pressed--unless that's something they just didn't put into the instructions. If I don't have my phone on me, I don't know which door the person who range is at... Maybe there's a step I missed?

I'm glad I got this, but though the wired doorbell is fine, the chime refused to work. I ended up getting a Chime pro. I also added another satellite for my router. Adding a Ring doorbell was sort of a spur of the moment because there were electricians at my house doing other work. I really should have researched it more carefully. It is possible that by some fiddling with my router settings might have fixed things, it really did not seem worth the trouble. My advice is, if you want the chime, get the chime pro.

Clarity and sound is good. Good price for the package. It was easy to install.

Great product, easy install. Not just great for security but recently I was away from home when neighbor was having work done on their side of fence. The fence guy rang my bell because he had questions about our side. I was able to speak with him and answer his questions. We also got the floodlights with ring cam. You can speak thru it and can set off a siren. Love both!

Seems to work well. Helps keep the bad guys away..
