Love it, the video quality is amazing , recommend it to anybody

Works great, love it! This item was a replacement for an earlier version of the Ring doorbell which didn't have all the features I wanted. The new wired version is a big improvement and I especially appreciate that I can move the plug-in chime module to whichever part of the house I am in or is most convenient.

A household necessity! I absolute love these doorbells and all their capabilities. It's a MUST to have the chime to that way every time someone comes in range you can hear it throughout the house, as well as getting the notification on your phone. I will eventually get more outdoor cameras as well!

Love my ring doorbell and chime. The picture is clear and doesn't lag and you can adjust the volume of the chime and snooze it if you need too.

Excellent security device to know who is at your door and you can speak to them over the microphone even if you are not at home! Avoid unwanted solicitations and instruct delivery personnel where to leave your package!

Its a good doorbell camera... The only downfall was i needed to purchase a new voltage converter to install to wiring.

This is a fantastic video doorbell and the included Chime makes it a great value as well. You can spend substantially more for an upgraded Ring doorbell for a few extra features, but this bundle is perfect to meet my needs. If you have an Echo device, you can pair this doorbell so that the Echo also notifies you of someone at your door.

Love it, easy to set up. Bought a 12 volt transformer online. Only 2 cables to connect, easy instructions thru the app.

Great device with live video viewing. The Cashier gave me a discount and offered to me while purchasing another item and I couldn't resist. So glad I made the purchase. I wire installed it, it took about one hour. You can just use the battery option if you want which would be a easier install.

Bought as a second ring for west entry. Love the battery wireless option. Workes great, installed easy. Basically a plug and play. Battery life is long. Reccomend.

So far so good. Works as expected. I have the night vision camera and after watching the videos of neighbors that are in color I may have to switch. But I have discovered no issues with this doorbell camera.

Gray idea to keep an eye on your porch and to see who comes by

My wife had been very insistent that I purchase the Ring for our front door, so I finally listened to her, bought it and installed it. It is very easy to install and set up. It is truly excellent. It notifies me of anyone who passes by my door and allows me to see them on camera without having to open the door.

So I like the product and the whole concept EXCEPT for the fact that they make you pay a fee to get historical video footage. Not a fan of that. Without the fee you get live video but that's it. Luckily I have other cameras so I don't need to pay the fee for this one but I would prefer if they gave you the option to download the video to your personal pc for historical viewing rather than pay for their services.

This product provide piece of mind for my family as we can see who is at the door before answering.
