Great to be able to see who is door in love how I connect

Item purchase was needed for surveillance of the front of house. Equipment, installation, connection with existing Wi-Fi , rendered much needed peace of mind to monitor residence, and phone app connection is exceptionall

Awesome, very useful, send you notification when someone at the door, and you can see the videos, later, of the history. Very satisfied with this product, and recommend to have one.

Got a great price , was a little tricky to install . Wish it had longer screws to wrap wires around I needed help from someone else to hold it so I had two hands to install. Once installed it was easy to setup ,great for monitoring the front door area.

I was pleasantly surprised that Ring offered a wired component. i followed the instructions and they were very easy to use. it is up and running well at my house.

Very good instructions and video. Fast and easy. A person that hasn't installed will be able to with no problem.

My Ring doorbell has been working very well and has exceeded my expectations. I purchased it on sale and received free installation with My Best Buy Total membership. The camera and microphone do a good job, and the app has been working great. It's all we need.

Easy to install, got it at a great price on black Friday. You need to pay monthly if you want it to record when someone is at the door otherwise you only get notified, but its less than $5 monthly fee. Only complain is the sound is not very clear, but expected for the price.

Easy set up. App can be difficult to navigate at times but overall I am happy with the purchase. The 30 day trial with recordings is a nice option to have but I decided to opt out of the yearly subscription.

The battery version of the ring was very easy to set up with the chime. My wife and I love this product. Pictures are clear and it is nice to get notices when there are people with packages. Once we have to give instructions to a delivery person. Very handy for security and daily life.

This is one of those things that just work! Install was very straight forward, it was easy to connect to the home network and in about 20 minutes it was all up and running perfectly. Too bad I don’t have a door bell on my back door cause I would have gotten one for that door as well.

Love how customizable the camera is as far as sound. Don’t like that there’s a fee to have it record,service required which is a shame. I have a skybell also bought at Best Buy and it records with no fees (motion detection included, and beautiful hd clarity).

Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with this item. Both the doorbell as well as the chime work just fine and I am impressed with the technology as well as the efficiency of use and the ease of setting them up. The only complaint I have is how cheaply made the “chime“ seems to be. Don’t get me wrong, it still works just fine but it seems to be made of a cheap plastic compared to the doorbell which has a lot more quality feel to it.

An excellent edition to my existing system, makes knowing who is out front so much easier. Glad i did it.

It is very easy to install and configure the Ring and also for a cheap price it has the chime that helps you if your doorbell horn does not work

The ring camera is ok and definitely interact with chime. I just feel all the money you spend on them; they can offer recording for at least 6 months free.The product is definitely something Best Buy can offer you to purchase.
