Very good, its the perfect camera for us. I recommend this device is good.

This was purchased a long with an Alexa for my 84-year-old mom who uses a walker and wanted something so she can see who is in her front yard walking up to her door. With the Alexa, she knows when someone is at her door and whether she wants to get up or not to go to the door. She also can talk to that person to let them know she is headed to the door (which take time). The wired chime is loud enough when she is in another room away from Alexa to let her know someone rang the Ring bell. The only little complaint is that I have an APP on my phone to know who comes to moms. The sound quality sometimes is not that great. Or it's a delay in talking to the person at the door.

We love our ring camera! The only issues we run into is the battery dying so quickly and taking a while to fully charge.

Great product it works great and I am very happy. I have since added more Ring cameras, motion detectors and a Ring alarm system. All was installed by the Geek Squad. Very happy with the added security and the great installation by the Geek Squad.

I love wired ring door bell, no future problem with batteries. Chime is good too, easy to install and my father can hear it.

My 5 star review is for the young man that helped me and handled the transaction. I have gone to this Best Buy for approximately 7 years. 9 times out of 10, the service from the associates on the floor is horrible. He is the 1st associate to be so helpful! With employees like him, I'll purchase from this location more often. Normally when I plan to spend alot, I'll go to another Best Buy where the service was better. Please hire more employees like him! He deserves an Employee award. Oh yeah, the Ring is great.

The Ring doorbell arrived quickly. Installing it wasnt exactly easy, but that's because my house is so old. Once I got it hooked up, it works great!

This cam is great!!! this one is made for out buildings and small apartment’s Word to the wise if you look at the bad reviews, dont believe them. do not over torque mounting screws for door bell, it will cause case to break its weather seal, do not install pig tails, direct wire it at door bell and indoor hard wire chime, use jumper that goes to indoor hard wire chime, do not bridge hard wire indoor chime so that it still works, it will cause wireless chime and cam not to work right. will not work on wifi6 or wifi6e router or mesh, unless systems have guest wireless accounts that u can set too wpa-wpa2 and guest network’s need to be able to see whole network. last after program make sure to set static route for door beel and chime in case of power outage.
