We can definitely provide you with more information regarding the concern mentioned in your review.
It sounds like you are experiencing an issue with the device in regards to installation. Video Doorbell Wired is a wired video doorbell that offers 1080p HD video with night vision and two-way audio with noise cancellation. With Ring Video Doorbell Wired, you can check in on your front door anytime, from anywhere, and can see and speak to visitors at your door in real time using your Ring app or Alexa-enabled device. The size of the doorbell is: 3.98in x 1.8in x 0.88in
(101mm x 45.7mm x 22.4mm).
In the product packaging there are two long mounting screws and two security screws. The mounting screws are used to affix the mounting bracket to your door or wall. Once the device is installed, use the star-shaped end of the screwdriver bit to tighten the security screws into the bottom of the Ring Video Doorbell Wired faceplate to help deter theft. A Ring Wedge Kit or Corner Kit can be used with the doorbell to adjust the angle of the view.

It cost over $200 and I didn’t want to spend that again. I bought this wired doorbell for about $70 and it functions in a similar way. The only difference that I have detected is that the daytime color is a little less vibrant and the night video is strictly black and white where the pro had some color in night mode. All in all, it works. Just would have expected the original pro to last longer.
