The ring door bell helped pay for itself the first day. I was able to prove that a delivery that was said to have arrived did not. Safety was my main concern, and I am able to identify individuals before I open the door. I would definitely recommend this product.

It was a great gift for our son for Christmas this year. He really enjoyed it. He really needed an update for his older Ring. We tried to get it through Amazon, but they had major problems trying to get it to us and had to issue a refund to us. In which, we turned around and used it at Best Buy and got it in less than a day. While we were there we got an another Christmas gift for my wife’s mother for tv. Thank you, Best Buy for getting us out of a bad jam. We will definitely back.

So I had a complete SimpliSafe system including the doorbell they offer. I switched to this Ring doorbell and I gotta tell you that there is no comparison. The Ring is far superior in every aspect. Clarity, sensitivity, ease of use and overall quality has proved to me that there is no reason to choose anything but Ring pertussi products moving forward

Had this installed last week. I have been playing around with the features while I’m still on the 30 day AI trail period. I like how the app will announce when someone is standing at the door or has left a package at the door and didn’t ring the doorbell. I’m gonna spend a few days trying out the facial recognition feature to see how that works. Otherwise quality is top notch and clarity of video is excellent both during the day and at night.

I recently upgraded from the original Ring Pro to the new Pro 4K, and the difference is immediately noticeable. The video quality is incredibly sharp faces, packages, even small details are crystal clear. Motion alerts are faster and more accurate, and the HDR handles lighting way better than before. Setup was quick, and the app feels smoother. I also appreciate the improved privacy features. Overall, it feels like a premium upgrade that actually delivers.

I love the sleek design. It looks great at my entry door. The updated features are great and with the help of the Apple tech, installation was easy.

This new Ring doorbell is great many improvements in this clear picture and notifications as to what is outside. It will tell me if it's a cat or a person. Great improvement over the 1sy Generation model well worthy the price
