    I really like my Roborock, I am in my late 80's and it is hard to sweep and mop so this is such a blessing! It is easy to maintain for my age.

    This is so far the best vacuum iv Owned as far as robot. Easily better than any roomba. The mapping feature is great and auto detection.

    Love this roborock. The extended arm is really good and a big upgrade. The only complain i would say is the roborock voice assistant being triggered when i dont even say the command. But overall, great product

    Sometimes catches words from tv and activates itself. The AI needs approvement for sure. The commands are with setup little bit limited words.

    Terrible purchase. Thankful for being a Total Plus member and having an extended return policy! Would not recommend this to anyone, save your money 1,000 dollar vacuum and broke after 45 days. The manufacturer won’t help with anything

    really like my Roborock. its technology is top notch and it cleans incredibly well. Just keep in mind it needs good maintenance every 3 months to keep it running smoothly.

    Wow! I finally decided to get my first robot vacuum and I can happily say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made. Mops and sweeps very thoroughly. The sensors allow it to reach every nook and cranny.

    Nice for keeping up with routine cleaning in a busy house with kids and dogs. Also neat having the camera as an extra security device when we're gone, or to make sure the kids have put things away.

    This didn't even last a year. I had so many error codes and they can never fix them without you having to ship it back to them. They will not provide a box to ship the item out only a shipping label. After the 3rd error code they offered me a refurbished item. That was 2 months ago and now that one doesn't work. Not worth the price tag and the customer service is awful.

    I have dogs and the vacumm does a ok job picking up the hair but it does not empty the bin into the docking station bag, I have to manually empty it. It has a small transfer area to empty. Best Buy shuffling me to different people because it over a month old (37 days old).
