Should do better for how much it cost
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We’ve had this for 3 months. I had higher expectations for what we paid. The app could be a lot more user friendly. There’s one room we just cannot seem to get the right floor type and we’ve caught it mopping the carpet. It does not pick up liter from cat liter boxes which was one of the main reasons we got this. I had it make 5 passes through a room and it still didn’t pick up the liter. Also - the vacuum bags only fill to less than half before it insists you change it. The replacement bags are not cheap and of course there’s no generic brand alternative. It does not fo well with old carpet. The suction is so powerful it pulls the fibers out in places. It also leaves llittle dust bunnies behind that you have to pick up. This is not worth the price.

Amazing robot
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We are in love with this robot vacuum. We did have to call the internet provider to switch our router to 2.4ghz but it was easy. Our floors are spotless everyday. Expensive but worth it!

10000pa Suction can not compare with Dyson V15
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The long-awaited 10000pa suction power is far more imperial than the Dyson V15. I ran this 10 times over the area of 30 sqf, I then used Dyson V15 to repeat. This unit did a good job of picking up surface items such as hair, and fibers, but not skin cells! After this unit, my Dyson V15 can still pick up a golf ball size of white powder fine debris. The Q Revo does a decent job if you do not care about cleaning the carpet. You do not need this unit. I hope Roborock improve on this aspect.

Does Not Avoid Pet Waste

It failed to identify pet waste, as is advertised, and ruined not only the robot but our carpet as well. Roborock support took two weeks to respond to our support request, finally telling us that they do not provide cleaning services or repair services for this. They sent a link to purchase a brand new vacuum. Our vacuum is only 1.5 years old and should not have had such a catastrophic failure. Seeing as how expensive they are and how "innovative", I would expect a much longer life span. Do not purchase ANY Roborock vacuum if you have pets that have accidents in the house. This is not the brand for you.

Not worth the money

I bought it at Best Buy- I was able to return it within the first month as the mop stopped working giving an error 6 , I think. Then I went back to Best Buy to try it again. Now that I had it for over a month the mop stopped working again. To where it does not go down to the floor. It just drives around and or else it says that the area was unreachable! After multiple attempts to reset the map- it still did not find the route while in mopping mode. It vacuumed very well. Upon trying to go back to Best Buy I was told that return policy had exceeded their return policy. Once I contacted Roborock customer service it was a whole lot of send screen shots of this…. Of that… send error messages… send video. Until I finally told them I wanted my money back they said no! That I have to return it to them by shipping to them with their label but my own packaging to make sure it does not get damaged ( which we used lots) . Now I’m waiting to hear back! This has been very frustrating! Not worth the money! I don’t think mopping and vacuuming is a good mix just yet on this product, they need to work more on this technology

Decent products, horrible company
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It is so unfortunate that a company with such popular and quite exceptional range of products is so horrible when it comes to everything else such as customer service, and shipping. Roborock claims that the order has shipped almost 2 weeks ago, and when checking USPS tracking it's been stuck at "USPS in possession of item" for almost that entire time. After reaching out to USPS, I was informed that it is just a manifest and the item isn't in their possession, rather it hasn't even been shipped to their processing centers yet. Never purchase directly from Roborock, and if purchasing through Amazon, make sure it's shipped directly from them.

Stay away from RoboRock they break

So I go do some searches to find I am not alone. This has been an issue since the S7. There are a lot of posts of people with this issue so stay away until the fix it.
