The cable was not too stiff so was easy to run and was just the length I wanted for my installation with High end Dennon AV receiver and Sony XBR75X940D television.

Purchased with the tv and it was delivered the next day even before the TV was delivered so we had it to hook up immediately. Best Buy is the BEST...

Then when you add the HDMI cable and you get that extra boost for sound that the TV recognizes and it does it seamlessly, it's a no-brainer. Go the extra mile to get the sound you have been waiting for. In some cases you will not need this cable but for those that want that extra kick, it's a great investment.
