I purchased items from their website, but when I tried to return them online, I kept encountering an error. I called customer service, but they were unhelpful and instructed me to return the items in-store. Living an hour away from the nearest Best Buy store, I had to make a special trip. When I arrived, it had been 15 days since my purchase, and they refused to issue a refund, offering only store credit instead. I explained to the store representative that I don't shop at Best Buy and detailed my online difficulties, but to no avail. I was unable to return the unopened item, which I didn't need, and ended up losing over $200. I am appalled that Best Buy couldn't make an exception given the circumstances. This experience has left me feeling wronged and I will no longer consider Best Buy for any future purchases.
