High quality cord, worth the money extra length helps

I used this cable to connect my SONY 40" TV to a SONY sound bar. It worked flawlessly. I initially failed to remove the tiny plastic ends on the cable and couldn't get it to plug into the ports. This did lead to a frustrating moment but that was due to my ignorance. Haven't had any problems since installing the cable.

This digital optical cable made by rocketfish is all you need to run your audio equipment. The 12' length provided plenty of cable to reach from my wall mounted tv to my audio device. The cable has think insulation for added protection of the fiber While remaining flexible.

I think sometimes, Cables are overrated. I want a little cheaper with these cables and did not get punished. It is just a TV connection to a box and it works great. Perfect as a matter of fact. Great cables regardless of the price. Save you money for a good stake.

I've stayed with optical interfaces for a couple decades now. They are the only cables immune from electrical interference. When these went on sale there was no question about buying same. Rocketfish makes a great product, and not overpriced like Monster products.

Bought this to use with my Xbox One and the audio difference is amazing, even compared to the HDMI output. I bought this to hook the Xbox One up to a Vizio Soundbar. Great combo, and easy setup and very clean look now with great sound and not a lot of different cords/cables.

Good price, great quality. Can't go wrong.used with a yamaha receiver and LCD tv to upgrade experience. Average when it comes to sound system knowledge. Make sure to turn off tv speakers when you connect to receiver.

I had decided to purchase a different cord when I went to the store but it was sold out. I just needed a longer cord than the one I already had and this one was in stock. I am using it for my sound bar. There have been no issues with the cord.

By the time the cable travels from TV to speakers it's approaching the 6' mark without any extra length to move things... so I got the 12' and keep it bundled behind the speakers. Makes it easier to move the speakers around without disconnecting everything.

Needed a longer cable to run through the wall for my sound system since I had mounted my new 4K TV high on the wall and did not want to see any cables. This one did the trick. It came with good end caps so fishing it through the wall would not damage the fiber.
