The connector is supposed to click into the outlet and stay. The connectors on this item were too small, did not stay. They continually fell out of the outlet.

I thought that maybe the quality may not be the greatest but I decided on this product based on its cost. Once hooked up, I found nothing wrong with the sound quality.

Extra length gives more options

Produces good audio and extra length allows me to set up a ways back from my XBOX 360 and TV. Have noticed no interference with the audio, so shielding is ok.
