This is the most expensive surge protector I have every purchased and it failed sooner than numerous less expensive units I have owned. I do not recommend this product and will not purchase Rocketfish products in the future.

Took it back, no problem with exchange. Got it home, hooked it hook, then when to power it up. On/off switch did not work. Took it back, awaiting in line, in vehicle - store not allowing customers inside. Employee brought out a 3rd one, only this time I asked for him to open the box and verify that the on/off switch actual work. It do not work - makes 3.

I certainly will avoid mail order rocketfish products online from now on. This was damaged in the factory, protective packaging placed around it and put in a rocketfish box. So no blame for UPS in this case.

It was the 2nd most powerful option at my bestbuy store. There was a 4000 joules for $70 and a 5000 joules.

I tried a different plug and still nothing. I live about 100 miles from the closest Best Buy and when I finally got it to the store I was told it was too late and I didn’t get my money back. That was a waste of $70
