This is a very stout cable. It's purpose is to increase speed between components, but it's also very well made, and will surely outlast the cheap cables that tend to come with new components, and the price was very reasonable when compared to the crazy expensive HDMI cables. The only downside of this, or any other premium cable, is the rigidness of the first few inches of each end. The connectors are so heavily protected against pinching, they require a few inches of clearance, which can be a problem when mounting a TV on a wall. This is not a problem if you make provisions for it while mounting the TV, but can definitely cause a do over if you don't.

This HDMI cable is very sturdy and durable. It also makes for an astounding picture with my 4k Samsung. Definitely worth the extra few bucks compared to other HDMI cables. Buy it.

As the title states, I'm not really sure that this was truly necessary. I think a cheaper cable would do just fine. The difference between the different HDMI versions is in the ports, not the cables. If you want to be extra certain that your HDMI cable will be acceptable for up to 4k content, make sure that it's rated for 'High Speed' and there's also a sticker on them that reads 'HDMI Certified Premium'. Still, this is a very high quality cable, and will certainly last for years to come!

ok, so i bought a $3500 lg oled; and then a $200 or something SONY HD/4K player; so hmmm..go with the $8 rca cables or get the higher end (but far from the highest end, for sure) HDMI cable I could afford...less than $100, so i went for it...and my goodness...worth the investment....this is one cable not to be a cheap skate on....sure, crappy cables might do a good job, but knowing i spent a little more, my psychology tells me i got the best picture because of it...power of positive thinking...and a few bucks is worth that....beats therapy!!!

I purchased 4K HD resolution audio and video equipment which requires 4K HDMI High Resolution cables. These HDMI cables were the most economical available at the time and I wasn't ready to invest in extremely expensive HDMI cables. I'm pleased to say that after a month of usage from this product everything is working great as advertised. I elected to get the 4' long cable because my equipment is in close proximity to each other. This cable is rated for 18 Gbps high speed transmission with ethernet as required for most 4K HD equipment.

Great value for price! Bought this for Missionary living in Africa. They needed a good cord length and something that would stand up to dusty environment but not cost a fortune.

I bought this to go with a new UHD/4K Monitor I bought from Best Buy to replace an older 1080p that was going out. I needed longer than the 6 foot one that came with the Monitor because my PC isn't that close, and it works flawlessly. It should work perfectly with a true 4K Blu-Ray player. I felt it was a little pricey, but it is what it is and it works great for me. I bought it 9 months ago and it's still working great.

I have two other brands currently in use which are a Monster I paid over $100 for and Belkin which I use with my Apple TV. My 4K Apple TV automatically checks your display and formats to the highest capability your cable and display will produce. I tested the Rocketfish with the Apple TV and it immediately defaulted to the highest format which is 4K HDR. Great cable at a great price. There is absolutely no difference in video or audio between these or the Monster as well. These are all I buy now.

I purchased: Rocketfish 4' 4K Ultra HD, part #SKU:3720002 Peerless AV 32-50 inch TV's part number SKU:34570203 Sony 49 LED model XBR49x800G part# SKU:6326673 Reading other reviews, you can program the TV to come on to the same source every time even after weeks later. Yes the DirectTV remote will turn the TV on and off and work volume. Anything else like Netflix will require the TVs original remote. The way you program the DirecTV to run the sony TV, is use the DirecTV menu and program it that way. Not getting the TV to recognize the DirecTV remote.. Took only a minute for this. Delete the old TV and search for the new TV brand and model. I actually have my cable plugged into the 4th port by mistake, you have the option to name that port, mine is called "receiver" now. So don't let the reviews bother you.. It will take some time to get the TV set up. So go slow, even if you program it wrong you can go back and change what the TV (receiver) turns on to. The TV mount. $49.00 (think that's right the right price) Peerless AV fits TVs 32-50 part number SKU 4570203. Again this fit my sony TV like a glove. It isn't that hard to mount to a wall with the two large wood screws provided. My tv weighs around 25-30 lbs. so this is well within the weight limit from the manufacturer. My only problem is there was two screws missing that keep the TV from tilting side to side. They screw trough the arm bracket into the plate that bolts up to the back of the TV. Mine is in a corner so it can't tilt. But on a flat wall it might get old straightening the TV if something bumped it. It can't fall even without the screws. But it would allow the TV to tilt sharply. Again I'm so happy I didn't spend a lot of money I haven't contacted the peerless folks about this yet. All in all what I purchased works like a charm. Just remember when reading reviews some folks just don't understand how things work. 
