Those cables didn't meet the current demands of HDMI technology. The new cables solved the problem and allow crystal clear audio and video with no hesitation, no problems! Rocketfish cables have served me well for years.

If you sacrifice on HDMI quality you will also sacrifice on TV viewing quality. This Rocketfish HDMI is usually a lot more expensive than standard ones but at a $14.99, you cannot beat the quality and price.

That said, it's pretty hard to screw up a cable such as this. If you do, get help from Geek Squad. Otherwise, it's as plug-n--play as it gets.

Sales Rep informed me to get this wire since my TV was a SMART UHD TV. He said the wire is better and compatible with the cable box I have. I got it and liked the wire. At other homes, I can tell the difference between crisp screen views and not so crisp views, based on using the basic wire cable companies give vs purchasing one designed for SMART TVs. You should def. invest in getting this wire, mine was $10.

He said that it was better to get a thicker cable for better picture quality. I don't have the cheap one to compare to but I don't have any complaints with the picture quality...my tv looks great so I am satisfied!

This one works fine, and as long as it lasts for 10 years or so, I’ll be happy with it. It is really hard to evaluate it at this point on that front, but so far, so good.

Before I bought these cables, the picture would break up. At first I thought it was the cable signal. The breakups were caused by loose cables. But when I installed these cables, the picture is cleat every time.
