I didn't need all 8' offered here but it was on sale. In the future such length may be useful. There's no need to go all out on HD cables. Rocketfish is a find brand that has nice cables it seems. Save some, catch these on sale.

Sure, this cable is more expensive than the cheap-o HDMIs right next to it, but they won't transmit your 4K DVDs to your brand new 4K TV like this one will.

Whenever I turn my TV on, my computer recognizes the TV as secondary monitor right away (responsive) every time (reliable). Works well as the HDMI cable (quality), so all in all, good buy.

Would have been better if BestBuy had a 6 ft cable in stock because 4 ft was too short and the 8 footer considerably more expensive.
