Connecting the speaker wires to the plugs was painstakingly difficult! Should not have taken me so long to get a secure connection; and the instructions were of little help. Would not purchase again.

If you set it wrong the first time, that plastic is deformed and difficult to reuse.

Don't Work With Thin Jacket Wires

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had 14 gauge wire, but the jackets were thin, so none of the supplied collars were tight enough to secure the wire to the connector. I tried using the smallest collar and tightened everything down tight; but, a simple wire check pulled the wire right out of the connector. I can see if you have a thick jacket, this would probably work fine; but, even so, the process involves blindly placing the wire on the center (piercing) pin. I'd be concerned about not hitting dead center of the wire strands. No instructions come in the package.
