They dont hold the wire and the connections come loose frequently. The design is bad . I would not recommend this product. If you are looking for banana clips look at other brands with different deaign

Did not have enough holding force to keep the wire on the spike/ in the connector. I was using 14awg wire with a jacket holding both wires inside rated for in wall use. Would probably work with normal speaker wire

its a hit or miss, they generally work but the few i bought i had to return as they did not work

Decent short notice they work and they are not insane in price as their Audio Quest ones.

Falls off of the wire, I have 18 gauge speaker wire and the clamps won’t hold. This product is an absolute disappointment. I’m going to Home Depot to get equipment for this project instead. I don’t know why best buy would sell such an awful item.

I do not know what people see in these things. Compared to many banana plugs, they are twice the price and provide no better contact. In fact, the contact is weak and the plugs often fall out of the speaker inputs.

We had a problem connecting the wire to the banana plug. The wire would just not stay connected. That's too bad because banana plugs are generally easy to use. But not this one.

I was desperate to use my Yamaha receiver so I purchased a pair of Sony bookshelf speakers and these awful plugs. I ended up using the bare wire in place of the plugs while I wait for the open screw-type plugs to arrive. Best Buy should discontinue selling these plugs, down the existing inventory and sell open strew plugs instead. There are still customers who want traditional AV home theater receivers and speakers. These banana plugs is a terrible frustrating disservice to those customers.

outer wire size need to be large when using these.

It is hard to keep the wires inserted into this device.

Does what it needs too but connections come apart to easily.

Bought 2 pkgs of these banana plugs for 16 gauge speaker wire. Wire would not stay in plugs. Every wire fell out as I plugged the plugs into the receiver . Finally did away with the plugs and connected the wires directly to the receiver.

There are other banana plugs that work so much easier than these.

Value for money . Not of very great build quality .

Unfortunately, these plugs did not work well with the monster cables I had. The plugs would not secure tightly enough to the cables. I am not saying that the plugs did not work, but rather they did not work as advertised with my monster cables.

If you are going to use these, get thicker gauge wire. I used 16 gauge wire and they would hold a bit, but were quite easy to pull the wire out. I would probably look for something different.

The ends don't hold the wires well. It keeps pulling out even when fully tightened.

Literally the worst banana plug design I've used. You are better off with bare wire connectors. The plastic collars are useless.

The connectors are a not the quality I expected. There is a plastic bushing that holds wires in. Should have a different connector. I have another brand connector and they use a metal screw connector to attach cable.
