They gave me these because they were 4k and HDR capable. Not a lot of 4k content out there so it's hard to say whether or not these cables improve picture quality that much. Definitely didn't hurt though. Only small complaint is that the cables were a little short for my set up.

I was using some old HDMI cables from years ago, man what a difference. Save the money and get these instead, there GREAT!!!!

A Quality HDMI Cable

Subsequently used the HDMI cable to connect an older computer monitor to a new desktop computer; video quality is much improved over the older serial port connector.

Hooked up easily and expect they'll last a while. My TV is old so they will need to stay hooked up a while since everything is very hard to reach.
