The TV alone was an upgrade, so I'm not sure if the improved quality and picture is the TV, this cord, or...(probably) both. Product has a very thick cord and seems to be very good quality.

Nice cables at the right length for the job

I needed 4K cables and so figured I would future-proof my setup. These cables do the trick. The price wasn't too high and they allow a great picture on my 4K LG Nanocell TV. I haven't tried, and probably won't for a couple years, the 8K capability, but things look good for my 4K needs.

HDMI 2.1 with Phillips Hue Synch box

The sync box doesn't even support HDMI 2.1 but using the higher bandwidth cable or the better build quality seems to have helped.

One of the potential causes was a hdmi cable that wasn’t current or wasn’t working properly. Although I had a good picture I decided to try the cable. It fixed the problem.
