But, every now and again it will not display and requires it be powered off and then powered back on. It happens when the switch is powered on, cable box is on and I just power on the TV. Kind of annoying. Otherwise I wish I could get this to work with my Spectrum remote.

Also the remote is IR which need line of site. So the device can't be controlled behind a closet.
