    I purchased this product in order to connect my television, cable box, firestick and DVD player together. I had considered lower priced similar items but decided to go with this particular model as it had a remote control that would allow me to switch between devices, I am disabled and I felt that this was a great feature so that I would not need to get out of bed in the middle of the night to tune to a different device. But boy was I wrong and I still had to get up as the remote did not work half of the time. needless to say I returned this $80 product

    Got first one, remote usually needs pushed many times to get it to work. Took it back (BB exchanged with no hassle) and new one was the same. If you are patient it does eventually work, but for the price the remote should work properly.

    This switch comes with a remote, but we definitely had trouble using it. More often than not, we had to get up and manually switch ports. Then one of the ports stopped working.

    Regular hdmi outputs like directv, Wii U, Nintendo switch work great, but with ps4 pro 4K ... it takes about 1-2 minutes to come out of the black screen and display the picture. Only does this with 4K picture.
