My initial reason for purchasing this was for the auto-switch function - which sounded like a great feature at first since I wouldn't have to manually switch inputs each time when I power on my console or my Apple TV. However, the main, significant, sole reason for ultimately giving this product 1 star is because it RANDOMLY switches input during unnecessary times. Here's an excellent example: I'm on my console, playing a multiplayer raid or survival mode where attention and awareness is of the essence for success. And many times did this happen where I'm at a pivotal moment in the game and the input randomly switches to its adjacent ports and my entire TV "loses connection" (including my soundbar) for no more than 10 seconds. I'm scrambling to switch back to the correct input via device or remote and manage to do so just in time to see our team mission being failed because my specific role, both crucial and time-sensitive, was interrupted by this brief input switch. Despite the random input switch, I would've given this 2 stars overall if it was not due to the fact that this occurs at the worst parts/times in the game. Seriously, pick :') something :') else :'')

The product have the auto switch function, and this function is set as auto on,
If this function is bothering you, you can turn auto off as the following instructions.
You are able to find the instructions in the manual attached to the product.
Note: The auto switch function setting is on by default.
- You can turn the auto switch function off or back on by pressing and holding
the POWER button on the front panel for three seconds while the switch is turned off
- The LEDs on the front panel flash twice to indicate that the auto switch function is
turned off
- The LEDS on the front panel turn on for two seconds to indicate that the auto switch is
Turn on
Note: Some devices don’t output an on/off detection signal to activate the auto switch function
On your switch. If this causes signal confusions, turn off the auto switch function.
