I know. Pretty lazy. Right out of the box, I had to push the power button, and any subsequent buttons, multiple times to make anything happen. No matter how close I am to the switch, this is still happening a few weeks later. I don’t have to get out of bed to switch my HDMI anymore, but I have to fiddle with the remote way to much to make it respond.

I can be using a device connected to port 2 and the unit will just switch to 4 without touching it. I expected better quality from this brand but most of the items Best Buy is selling now are trash. This company used to care about their customers but now they are out to get your money and push you out door as fast as they can.
