First one immediately the remote wouldn’t work, so I returned it. Second one the remote worked for two days, then the total switch quit working, as well as the remote. About to go to Best Buy for the third time on this switch. Beware and stay away! It’s garbage!

I power it off and on. Then it works for another hour or so and the same thing happens again.

Purchased this and then found EVERYWHERE else has the same thing for about half the price. Seems like these switches are all made with the same materials, to the same standards by the same factory in China. Having the Rocketfish name 2x the price.

I returned it and the second one the remote works most of the time but I still can't turn it off on the unit. I'm really thinking about returning it also.
