Tried two and neither would do as advertised..

Even asked Best buy representative if I was hooking it up right and he said I was. Took the.second one back also. Lights would come on, but it would not switch to anything but a blank screen..

The buttons don’t work more often than when they do work. Upon retuning the item to Best Buy, an associate told me that they had the same device, and it had the identical problem.

I even took it back and exchanged it for another one and my Xbox series X still won’t work with it. My switch and everything else does and I know it’s not the hdmi cable because I have an 8k 60gbps/ 4k 120gbps cord being used. I’ve tried multiple cables. Seems like for the price you should be able to run an Xbox through it

It’s the main reason I bought it. Didn’t want to find the remote to change the HDMI on the devices all the time. Wanted it to switch automatically but it doesn’t.

Unable to rotate screen

I purchased a cheap HDMI switch off the internet and it worked perfectly. I can't believe this $100 dollar switch was worthless!!
