I hooked up everything with rocketfish high speed hdmi 4K cables (thinking it's the same brand it SHOULD work...) and they STILL didn't work. It could NOT read Xbox One S, Playstation 4, Wiiu or any thing I plugged into it. My Tv is Samsung 4K last years model so it should clearly work. I called their "wonderful" customer service and was told to unplug and plug it back in and it STILL did not work. That was their extensive tech support. Thankfully the staff at my local best buy are awesome and know me as I'm a weekly regular so they refunded me no hassles. I will NEVER buy a rocketfish product ever again and I strongly suggest you don't either!

It's unfortunate that I have made 3 trips to the Oswego store, it's very hard to get anyone to help you, and those that did, didn't understand what I needed and sold me the wrong thing twice, and so I had to make another trip to return them. The other couple of items I purchased on the first of 3 trips are fine. I will not be returning to the Oswego store, I will go back to Dekalb where they are very helpful.

Still even with being cold when running 4K movies it can not keep up and I lose volume Periodically. Going to upgrade to a audio receiver.

I have my cable box, PS4 Pro and Xbox One X hooked up to pass through. This box does not pass the Xbox. It does nothing but flicker when I try to play any games using HDR. I bought a cheaper one on-line and it passes the Xbox One X fine with no issues.

Also when going back to another input, it mysteriously doesn't recognize the previous input anymore. takes lots of ons and offs and restarting device before its finally recognized again.

That made me return it, since the battery in the remote was "supposed to be brand new". Get something else instead!!

Roku was pixelated multiple times until I decided to eliminate this splitter and all was good. Yes, I tried multiple high priced HDMI cables in numerous fashions and every time it was the same failed result. More and more items are falsely advertised like this one. Best Buy, do some damage control and then put it back on the shelf. Don’t waste your time buying this.

It also all of a sudden, while watching tv, changes to one of the other things hooked up. Had to disconnect it.
