Works well. Unfortunately, necessary because the new Samsung tv does not have the inputs that the old one did.

This passes 4k signal with no issue. Easy to setup. Response to remote is flaky at best. Source change is instantaneous when using "buttons" on the switch it self, but remote is recognized about 50% of the time. I changed battery day 1 thinking it must be dead, but that was no help. I would still recommend because for the price it works, I just wish the remote worked better and/or this could be controlled with other remotes.

For you gamers out there, this works perfectly! I have my Switch, Xbox One S and PS4 Pro connected to this and it works perfectly! Little to no input lag. I wanted to make this quick review for people that might wonna use it for that. Only saw one other review mention video games and I took a chance because of that guy and I’m glad I did. I just wanted to make you at ease if you were considering this and wasn’t sure. Only negative is the input 1 is on the front. Really bad oversight and this looks ugly. But I just put my 3 game systems on inputs 2, 3 and 4! Overall, It’s a great product! Well built and sturdy! You won’t be dissspointed !

Great use for multiple hdmi devices at home entertainment set up.

I use this to switch between different devices and have never had a problem with any of them, computers, Blu-ray players, Apple TVs and cable boxes.

This switch does not auto switch as stated in the product description. The remote is very buggy and temperamental. The only way I can reliably switch the inputs is to press the capacitive touch buttons on the front of the switch. The capacitive touch buttons do not provide a tactile feedback either. For $100 I expected so much more from this device.

Great.... it worked wonderful, now I can manage all my devices in my tv.

I had questions when the Geek Squad representative came to hook up our Apple Box. She explained how this switch box would help us. It made everything easier for us. Because of her assistance we renewed our contract for another year.

I needed more usb ports than my TV had so the Geek Squad recommended this switch box. I had no idea what that was, but the Geek hooked it all up connecting all my devices.

So far it's worked better than the two other HDMI splitters I have purchased in the past from other stores. The remote is very small but it's still very convenient

Does what I wanted for a reasonable cost and ten more characters to satisfy stupid requirement

This product didn't work at all. I plugged my Roku stick into Input 4, and it worked okay (it seemed to have a delayed response with the remote when none exists when directly plugged into my TV), but none of the other inputs worked on the Roku, saying they couldn't manage a high bandwidth. I tried plugging my PS4 into each of the 4 ports, and it didn't work on any of them. The picture cut out so quickly that I couldn't even turn my Playstation off. This product was absolutely useless--who could use a splitter that only has one functional port?? It's a one-for-one trade, and I'm not spending $90 on a product that's worse than using nothing at all. Why Best Buy is selling this is beyond me. I'd expect a product this bad to be on Amazon, not here at Best Buy.

Don’t buy it, don’t let install team sell you on it! Have used a receiver in the past for HDMI switching, got talked into this overpriced piece of garbage by the Best Buy install team when we got a new tv and hooked it into a sound bar. I have to power cycle it 3-4 times every time I turn it on, and about once or twice a day we have to unplug it to get it to work. If you need an HDMI switch I’d recommend using a receiver, or go buy a $30 equivalent to this thing.

This item is junk. The remote doesn't work. I exchanged it for a new unit at Best Buy 4 times, and none of them worked. I called Rocketfish and they had me buy a new battery to see if the one in the remote was bad, even though it was brand new. I wasted $6 on a new battery for nothing. I'm totally disgusted with this product and will be returning it for a refund. Save yourself time and aggravation by avoiding this piece of junk.

I bought this item to prevent wear and tear from unplugging and plugging in HDMI 1 port. It does not recognize PS4 PRO at all. There is no signal for PS4 PRO. It did recognize the xbox 1S but the screen was glitching when I tried to navigate the xbox main menu. The cable on TV worked perfectly fine. I have the correct HDMI cables for 4k and HDR so that was not the issue. After reading other reviews on the this I am not the only one that experienced this issue. I will be returning this item after Christmas.
