Needed a switch box for multiple connections to the TV. The unit works fine, the only complaint is that the remote is hard to switch channels - have to press the button multiple times and point it a direct angle to the face of the unit (you can't point downward at it - have to be on the same plane as the box).

i have a tv that has one running hdmi cable running to this switch box and i had recently ordered very short hdmi wires from monoprice and coonected my equiptment to this switch box. two things i dont like. 1 one of the hdmi port is located in front of the switch box instead of behind it. doesnt look clean becasue of one hdmi connected in the front. 2 the remote doesnt work sometimes it works

The last HDMI switch box I ordered supported 4k but only at 30 fps, a detail you don't really understand until you hook it up to your TV and realize how awful it looks. I bought this one from Best Buy when it went on sale and was happy to find it displaying 4k at 60 fps. I connected it to my Apple TV 4k, Roku 4k, Chromecast Ultra, and 4k Bluray player. I highly recommend this product.

Very simple to use with the remote. Does not take up a lot of room. A bit expensive though

Works like it’s supposed to. I only had 3 HDMI inputs on my new TV but I needed 4. Works like a champ.

This works pretty well. Way more convenient then having a bunch of chords running into the tv. This item has a few drawbacks. It changes the input daily.

I purchased the HDMI switch so that I only need 1 HDMI going into my wall mounted tv. The switch has an HDMI that plugs into the wall which in the wall is the HDMI that is ran to the rear of the tv. All my electronics easily switch so I am able to use any of the 4 that I have connected to it. This product comes with a remote which makes using this hassle free. If you are in need of something for a similar situation I would highly recommend this that way you are not constantly connecting and disconnecting what you want to use.

At first I was a little skeptical about how this hdmi switch could help my minimalist environment. I didn’t want loads of wires hanging from my tv which is hung over the fire place and this hdmi switch helps solve my wire woes. I can hook up my blu Ray, Xbox, cable box to it and just feed one wire to the tv. Also if let’s say my mom wants to watch the news and the input is on Xbox I can simply push the button on the remote provided with the hdmi switch and job done. Great product

I had a product which was rated higher than this from Amazon but it honestly always gave me fits. This one while slow to switch inputs has been rock solid since buying it. The front panel is touch sensitive to besides using the included remote you can just tap on the number to switch the inputs. Overall it's a great addition and runs all my gaming platforms.

Have one already and thought it was dead. Ordered this the same day, picked up, and my TV mysteriously turned on. I will return this one, but the Rocketfish I have is great.

Works great switches between HDMI inputs without loss of fidelity, however sometimes the remote is a little difficult to get to work, it has to be pointed DIRECTLY at the unit with pinpoint accuracy. Also the diamond layout of the remote is odd and off putting to me (diamond orientation, counterclockwise) 1 one star removed for the both of these complaints.

Rocketfish 4 port 4K HDMI Switch box black: This HDMI switch box works as it should. I do not like that it has a power on and off switch which must turned on by the included remote, would be more convenient if turned on when the HDMI input it is connected to is used.

Recently purchased a Sony OLED A8F Tv with all the expensive components and 4K capable devices to go with it. Had too many devices for the ports on the TV. Was afraid I would loose picture quality trough this switch. As far as I can tell it is the same, that’s with an apple 4k tv going through it. Getting up to hit the switch or find the remote is a pain (couldn’t find an automatic 4K capable switch local) but it was advertised so not knocking it for that.

Love this product! Thankful that it allows me to hook up my additional devices to my tv. This product also has a very helpful remote control so I can switch between using my different devices from the comfort of my sofa with just a push of a button.

I have a 4k tv with only 1 hdr port and that's why I bought this switch box. Unfortunately I have to repeatedly press the buttons on the remote for it to turn off or on or to switch ports. Despite the nuisance I still enjoy my switch box. I might recommend this to a friend if the remote wasn't so spastic.
